IEP goal

 Setting goals helps me grow into a mature adult.

Each year I have a new goal to work towards. My current IEP goal is

working on phone skills.

On Thursdays, during goal time I work hard to become more independent.

 Getting exercise and staying active is important for our health. We go to Planet Fitness. to workout every week on Monday and Wednesday. I enjoy using cardio machines while at the gym. My favorite machine to use is the treadmill.

 I like talking with others. I like being social. One of my favorite ways to be social with friends is hanging out on a play date. We play games, go for a walk & the park. Another way you're social is talking with school friends on lunch break.
